Requirements
- previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
- ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans is a plus
- familiarity with different construction materials and techniques is beneficial

- physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements
