- responding to initial sales enquiries from customers across our range of products and services
- qualifying leads and assisting the client’s journey through to conversion
- the ideal candidate must possess great interpersonal skills with a key focus on delivering great customer service, every customer, every time
- the ideal candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines and be self-driven
- experience with OIC/MOJ/Pre-litigation cases
- must have extensive Personal Injury experience
- experience of meeting Deadlines
- ideally have current experience of handling a large caseload of RTA matters including credit hire files and some litigation experience
- have previous experience of using a Case Management System
- be able to work off a task list
- have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines
- dealing with correspondence and telephone calls
- handle a full caseload of Pre-Litigated matter with the view of issuing
- have experience of handling OIC/MOJ cases
- comply with tight deadlines
- be able to work independently
- need to demonstrate that they can cope well under pressure
- be able to build strong relationships with clients
- meet realistic Quarterly and Monthly targets

- assist on a mixed caseload of possession claims, debt recovery and housing disrepair cases
- the ideal candidate must possess great interpersonal skills with a key focus on delivering great customer service; every customer, every time
- maintain client records and contact information, via our Case Management systems
- the ideal candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines and be self-driven
- dealing with clients and keeping clients updated from initial enquiry to completion of the matter
- experience with Fast-Track cases
- must have extensive Personal Injury/ litigation experience
- experience of running own case load with minimal supervision
- experience of meeting Court Direction Deadlines
- experience attending telephone CMC's
- ideally have current experience of handling a large caseload of RTA matters
- have previous experience of using a Case Management System
- be able to work off a task list
