we are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team, to provide delicious and nutritious meals for our residents, with the support of your lovely team! Hours are 24 per week, which includes alternate weekends
reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist with the smooth day to day running of the kitchen and most importantly for producing food that is delicious as well as nutritious and attractively presented
you will keep track of stock and waste and ensure that the kitchen remains clean and tidy whilst operating within the budget
Requirements
level 2 equivalent qualification in a kitchen and cookery and have previous experience of running a kitchen
excellent staff management and communications skills
