- ameriCamp - UK Team
- national and international travel as required
- be aware of the AmeriCamp values and lead by example within the team

- lead the team and ensure they are working effectively to reach our KPIs by providing support and motivation, while monitoring performance
- help further develop the team and our Application Coordinators by providing clear and constructive feedback
- conduct monthly one to one meetings with the Senior Application Coordinators
- share and celebrate success with the team when milestones are hit/targets achieved
- have an overview of projects and help provide strategy where necessary
- monthly Operations and Sales meeting
- be the point of contact for AmeriCamp US operations and help build the relationship and increasing transparency
- be involved in the hiring process and ensure there is a clear training plan in place for new hires
- weekly Operations and Sales meeting
Requirements
- strong background knowledge of the AmeriCamp product
- one summer of US summer Camp experience desired
- confidence leading and managing a varied team

- excellent organisational and operational skills, with the ability to be able to manage multiple ongoing projects at once
- an understanding of and passion for how technology can be used to influence customer engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor this. Also can articulate views and insights concisely and with conviction
- A drive to deliver for both our team and customers
- an analytical mindset with the ability to have consideration of what works from a business perspective as well as from the customer standpoint too
- educated to degree level
