- ameriCamp - UK Team
- national and international travel as required
- be aware of the AmeriCamp values and lead by example within the team
- back up other team members, as necessary
- lead the team and ensure they are working effectively to reach our KPIs by providing support and motivation, while monitoring performance
- help further develop the team and our Application Coordinators by providing clear and constructive feedback
- conduct monthly one to one meetings with the Senior Application Coordinators
- share and celebrate success with the team when milestones are hit/targets achieved
Requirements
- strong background knowledge of the AmeriCamp product
- one summer of US summer Camp experience desired
- confidence leading and managing a varied team
- meet and/or exceed business goals and objectives set by the Senior Director
- professional demeanour and behaviour reflective of a Senior Team Leader
- meet deadlines for team, operational and tech requirements
- excellent communication skills
- be, in yourself, an ambassador for the AmeriCamp brand, in all aspects
