Working hours

Responsibility
- selecting the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production
- inspecting completed profiles to ensure that technical and quality standards are met
- reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD models
- analysing information and finding the best solutions to problems
- adding tools register, offsets, and settings
- writing and verifying all the technical elements and dimensions of CNC programs
- maintaining clear and honest communication at all times
- adhere to the company Health & Safety policy and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards and regulations
Requirements
- ability to read and interpret drawings
- A professional Computer Numerical Control certification will be an advantage
- proven work experience as a CNC Programmer or a similar role
- construction Industry experience would be desirable
- experience and training in Geometric Dimensioning and tolerance
- aluminium Door, Window and Curtain Walling manufacturing knowledge would be desirable
- working knowledge of Schuco Products is desirable
- A keen eye for details for accuracy
