Requirements

  • the ideal candidate will have at least 2 year’s management experience within the hospitality sector
  • candidates will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service and possess strong communication, leadership and budgetary skills

Responsibility

  • to act as deputy to the Food & Beverage Manager as required
  • to assist the Food & Beverage Manager in the provision of efficient management and delivery of all Food and Beverage services provided by the Club whilst meeting food and hygiene standards, financial targets and delivering a high level of customer service
  • in conjunction with the Food & Beverage Manager organise and run the food & beverage events held at the Club including Wedding Receptions, dinner dances, conferences and Sunday lunches
  • to assist in ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to and that staff are fully aware of licensing regulations and laws, health and safety regulations, and food regulations
