Requirements
training in Person centred practices
NVQ Level 4 qualification in management or care and a commitment to complete a Level 5 qualification within an agreed time period

Requirements
detailed contemporary knowledge of the health and social care system
working knowledge of the relevant legislative requirements governing health and social care and related policy, practice, and regulatory frameworks
demonstrable understanding of safeguarding and serious incident practice and procedure and health and safety priorities
excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, report writing, Presentations and basic media handling skills
excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, ability to deal with a diverse range of people often in a pressurised environment
ability to demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness
ability to demonstrate a significant knowledge and understanding of the needs of people with mental health or learning disabilities and be familiar with the current views and best practice
excellent time manager who has the ability to plan and prioritise a complex workload
