ALLEVO CONSTRUCTION is looking for employees for positions:
- direct the movement of plant and other vehicles on site to ensure safe operations
- communicate clearly with drivers and machine operators using hand signals and radios
- monitor the work area for potential hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks
- assist in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring that all procedures are followed
- conduct regular safety checks on equipment and report any issues to management
- maintain clear communication with site management regarding operational progress and any incidents
- report any hazardous materials or spills promptly to supervisors
- report any hazards or issues that may impact site safety
- ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and contractors
- previous experience as a Banksman or in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
- A valid driver's licence is preferred for driving duties as required
- strong awareness of health and safety regulations within a construction or industrial environment
- ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary
