Responsibility

  • manage and maintain complex applications, ensuring operational processes and best practices are followed
  • apply your familiarity with ITSM processes and principles, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog management
  • write scripts to automate and customize processes within ServiceNow
  • integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring efficient data flow and process integration
  • utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • manage data within ServiceNow databases, applying your understanding of database concepts
  • apply your basic knowledge of IT infrastructure components and their interactions with ServiceNow

Requirements

  • in-depth expertise in the ServiceNow platfm, including configuration, customization, and administration
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills to collabate effectively with team members and stakeholders
