- write scripts to automate and customize processes within ServiceNow
- integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications, ensuring efficient data flow and process integration
- utilize your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- manage data within ServiceNow databases, applying your understanding of database concepts
- apply your basic knowledge of IT infrastructure components and their interactions with ServiceNow
Requirements
