deal with and respond to initial first line queries to resolve or sign post to team members

provide administrative support for recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience
assist in providing HR advice, guidance and case management to our clients across HR/Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning & Development and Organisational Development
co-ordination of Occupational Health referrals
assist in providing first line advice and guidance to clients for routine HR and employment law queries to manage risk, resolve issues and
support the project management and delivery of various organisational development activities including employee surveys, benchmarking and designing people practices
provide support and assistance to the team in relation to more complex case management across all areas of employment law such as grievance, disciplinary, absence and other matters

handle all enquiries professionally and ensuring excellent customer service at all times
make Taxi bookings for customers with the drivers on the rank in line with the rank’s procedures
ensure that Customers are kept up to date with waiting times and if any delays arise
manage the queues in line with the protocols of the rank
provide administration support by maintaining records and ensuring that incidents are logged and recorded appropriately
keep in touch with the drivers and management on a regular basis to ensure that accurate waiting times can be provided to customers and to minimise loss of work from the rank
ensure that all documentation is securely stored when not in used and locked away at the end of your shift in line with GDPR legislation
Requirements
have experience in a customer service role
experience of dealing with enquiries both in person and over the phone/email
strong organisational skills
excellent IT skills

if you have no past experience, you will need to attach a credit reference check
they will be required to pay a monthly rent charge as per the agreement
the applicant will need a sound geographical knowledge of landmarks, hotels, places of interest across Northern Ireland
those with previous relevant experience of providing self-employment taxi services to other Operators will be given preference in the first instance but those without this will be considered
the applicant will have to confirm the number of years of self-employment and provide either a letter from their accountant OR attach a copy of their last year of accounts / self-assessment return to confirm my financial standing
the driver’s will be deemed as a self-employed driver and will need to ensure that they have the appropriate insurance in place and indemnify the Licensor against any and all claims arising
