  • set in the heart of Lingfield, Alker Fibre Optic Specialists Ltd specialises in high-quality engineered fibre optic solutions for use in harsh environments, providing full-service solutions from consultancy and design through to manufacture, installation, and repair

  • we are seeking a Sales & Quality Administrator to support the administrative function of our growing business and ensure Quality Standards are maintained
  • reporting to the Managing Director, this person will be passionate about customer service with the ability and confidence to build customer relationships to maximise their experience and sales opportunities
  • liaising with our production team to monitor order status and update customers accordingly
  • assess and report Quality System performance to appropriate management for review/action as required
  • compile data/reports to support ISO Systems-required meetings
