Responsibility

  • ensuring the management of the priority project budgets, so that Alinea makes a return in-line with our commercial proposal
  • managing project leadership, including the Team Leader and Project Manager
  • quarterly work-planning and budget development, working with the Team Leader, to allocate personnel time, in-line with project and client requirements
  • handling high-level client liaison
  • driving projects’ strategic direction
  • working with Alinea head office support to draft contracts, and client invoices
  • reporting – with the Team Leader – to the Project Director on project progress, risks, challenges, and opportunities
  • reviewing and quality assuring project deliverables, e.g. reports
