Responsibility
- alina Homecare are now looking to appoint a Senior Care Worker to join our fantastic team operating from our Basingstoke
- supporting the day-to-day running of the branch and ensuring compliance with all requirements of CQC via rostering, recording and reporting
- accepting changes to visits as requested by customers, their friends and relatives
- accepting new packages from a variety of referral routes
- we are growing as a business and as a result now have a great opportunity for somebody who is passionate about care who wishes to progress with a genuinely caring company
- investigating complaints, taking appropriate remedial action and if required reporting this to senior management and/or the CQC
- ensuring that effective induction, supervision and assessment of staff is carried out and that training needs are identified and met
- taking an active part in on call and emergency care responsibilities as required
