Earnings on positions in ALI LEGAL
ALI LEGAL is looking for employees for positions:
- oversee a Freehold sale and purchase file from instruction to completion
- familiar with Leasehold, New Build and Unregistered Titles. Desirable but not required
- knowledge of re-mortgages and equity release transactions
- familiar with the Land Registry Portal and able to obtain OCEs and associated documents
- understand Lender requirements; usage of the lender portals desirable but not required
- familiar with the SDLT portal and submission of SDLT Returns
- adhere to SRA regulation and procedures
- ensure the firm’s risk management procedures are adhered to
