Requirements

  • oversee a Freehold sale and purchase file from instruction to completion
  • familiar with Leasehold, New Build and Unregistered Titles. Desirable but not required
  • knowledge of re-mortgages and equity release transactions
  • familiar with the Land Registry Portal and able to obtain OCEs and associated documents
  • understand Lender requirements; usage of the lender portals desirable but not required
  • familiar with the SDLT portal and submission of SDLT Returns
  • adhere to SRA regulation and procedures
  • ensure the firm’s risk management procedures are adhered to
