  • formulate and deliver a marketing strategy which is responsive to market changes
  • create and deliver stand-out campaigns that generate excellent leads
  • develop the website and social media presence, including digital content production and growing the number of leads and enquiries generated online
  • produce sales and marketing literature for the Client Development team, including brochures, training materials for client staff, and literature for residents
  • develop effective direct mail and personal reach out on platforms like LinkedIn
  • be the primary point of contact for advertising, media and PR agencies
  • work with the existing Marketing Executive and external partners to implement our comprehensive events programme
  • lead the development of video content including promotions and testimonials
