- LPC qualified paralegal wanted to undertake Defended Debt work
- experience will be SQE qualifying
- preparing court forms
- analysing and advising on the merits of cases
- liaising with clients on issues arising from their cases
- drafting correspondence and witness statements
- preparing for interlocutory applications
- arranging and Instructing advocates to appear at final hearings
- paralegal: 1 year
- there may also be opportunity to undertake advocacy at remote hearings
