- working within the Power By The Hour team you will be responsible for managing and supporting our customers, maintaining and developing long-term relationships, and delivering world-class services
- credit Note and Query Invoice follow up
- manage customer requirements in an efficient and timely manner
- day-to-day customer communication and interface

- joining AJW as a Customer Service Executive, you will be proactively developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, to optimise their satisfaction and increase all sales opportunities
- provide quotes to customers, working closely with internal departments
- coordinate contractual review meetings with the customer base
- purchase items for customer requirements, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best cost
- management of operational performance data against contractual targets
- promote efficiencies and continuous improvement for the customer journey
- exceeding Customer Expectations and Company standards
- conduct market research, ensuring that all costs are competitive
- creation & updating of Customer Procedure Sheets
- procure necessary materials through external relationships based on demand, ensuring timely availability and cost-effectiveness
