- ensuring high quality support is being provided to each client
- conduct initial assessment on new patients
- ensure car plans and risk assessments are completed within 48 hours
- you will always also promote best practice and act as an effective and positive role model
- ensure that all carers have PPE
- as a Field Supervisor you will be the first point of contact for the care workers
- signing off medication competency
