Responsibility
- open and close of the park ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
- planning and organising of staff, including, but not limited to, staff rotation, break times, cleaning rotas
- deal with any staff issues that may arise on the day
- keeping track of staff numbers when on shift, ensuring we do not over staff
- ensure the park safety briefing is completed to a professional standard every hour
- you will regularly be responsible for the park and will be required to ensure the park runs efficiently by maintaining brand standards and cleaning standards by conducting regular walk arounds of the building
- ensuring that the cleanliness of the park is up to standard
- ensuring the café and merchandise is stocked at all times
Requirements
- previous leisure experience
- experience leading and managing a team of people
- strong knowledge of first aid at work
