Responsibility
- conduct site surveys and assess client requirements. Over 90% of our work is residential and small commercial projects
- an ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in HVAC principles and demonstrate versatility in electrical knowledge
- design and plan air conditioning installations, ensuring projects meet both customer and industry standards
- manage on-site operations, including instructing engineers and sub-contractors on tasks
- liaise with other contractors on site to coordinate work and resolve any issues
- ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard
- provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed
- we are seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer with experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of air conditioning systems, including split systems, multi-split, and VRF
Requirements
- proven experience as a senior air conditioning engineer in UK market
- proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, with a focus on split systems, multi-split, and VRF air-conditioning
- knowledge of installation and design for VRF/VRV systems, ducted and ventilation systems
- electrical knowledge and experience are highly desirable
- comfortable with managing projects, scheduling, and liaising with multiple stakeholders
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- ability to create and interpret technical designs and drawings
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
