Responsibility
- due to continued growth here at Airband we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager, our ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of customer expectation and service delivery as the role will provide focused and strategic leadership of Airband's customer service function

- the successful candidate will strategically lead and take responsibility for first- and second-line customer care whilst working in partnership with associated Teams and our external Partners

- this role offers the scope and autonomy to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and improve processes for the effective management of the customer experience
