Responsibility

  • due to continued growth here at Airband we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager, our ideal candidate will have an exceptional understanding of customer expectation and service delivery as the role will provide focused and strategic leadership of Airband's customer service function

  • the successful candidate will strategically lead and take responsibility for first- and second-line customer care whilst working in partnership with associated Teams and our external Partners
  • in 2009 we saw those with rural roots were dogged by slow speeds and inconsistent connection

  • this role offers the scope and autonomy to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to implement and improve processes for the effective management of the customer experience

  • if you would be like to part of our success this role will be based out of our Droitwich Office, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity
