Requirements

  • to lead the Service Review and Stakeholders Meetings to further the relationship with the customer base
  • to lead on the development of patient and HCP communication materials
  • the development of new business initiatives, including contractual submissions and implementation to go live
  • be responsible for all contractual matters regarding existing contracts/accounts
  • the performance management and development of the Clinical Services Teams and HOS Team to maximise performance to deliver the service, financial and contractual requirements
  • to understand the customer mindset and to be the interface between the customer and Company, engaging and on-boarding both internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to influence key decision makers
