Responsibility

  • support on the development and effective implementation of a staff intranet through SharePoint
  • support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team’s internal communications, including writing and distributing a weekly internal digital newsletter
  • lead on internal communications and engagement events and identify new ideas to further enhance our culture and collaborative approach
  • act as a communications advisor for all colleagues and champion communications at every opportunity
  • work closely with teams to ensure messaging is consistent across all channels and in line with our communications strategy

digital marketing manager

  • work with the Marketing and Communications Team and our digital strategy agency to develop a powerful, audience-led content strategy

  • lead the implementation of this strategy across our website and digital marketing activity/campaigns, and work with the Social Media Officer to implement across our social media
  • brief and manage website developments with our website and digital agencies, including creating new features, continuous development and website support
  • work with our digital agencies to identify improvements to the user experience and engagement with our website
  • work closely with teams across the organisation and using data and insight, identify and generate engaging, audience-led content for marketing and fundraising across our digital channels
  • research and test new digital innovations and ideas to improve the impact of our content and engagement with existing and new audiences

events coordinator

Responsibility

  • manage and coordinate the delivery of KSS events to deliver high standards every time
  • work with others by assisting with the planning, co-ordinating, marketing and delivering of our Events Calendar
  • support the expansion of our Events Portfolio, and champion innovation including conducting research to support future event ideas
  • undertake Post Event analysis to really understand what drives success
  • maintain participant data in the Charity's Database - ensuring accuracy of data input
  • be a KSS Ambassador - representing #teamkss externally
  • manage Event & Fundraising Platforms
  • play a pivotal role in supporting and nurturing event participants via a variety of mediums, ensuring they have the appropriate materials to support their fundraising endeavours

Requirements

  • you are highly organised with meticulous attention to detail, you are comfortable managing projects and your own workload effectively and efficiently
  • you will have experience of working within a supporter facing fundraising team and be able to demonstrate an understanding of what constitutes great supporter care
  • experience in Events Fundraising, Third Part Events and / or a Community Fundraising role is required, in addition to having experience of working in a fast-paced team with multiple events / projects on the go at any one time
  • knowledge of the Charity Sector and Event Fundraising is a must have, and you will also have a solid understanding of budgets for income, expenditure and ROI on activities
  • you will enjoy working collaboratively and in partnership with our stakeholders, and possess first rate interpersonal and communication skills. You will be a confident speaker, both on the phone and when making approaches
