Responsibility

  • follow all opening, during shift and closing procedures, including setting up and closedown and cleaning duties as required
  • wash crockery, cutlery, utensils and cooking equipment, distribute all clean equipment to assigned shelving, Making sure kitchen equipment is properly stored
  • maintain our high standards of cleanliness and help to maintain our 5 star EHO rating
  • helping to prep vegetables etc and assisting our bakers
  • clean and mop the kitchen floor as and when required
  • change rubbish bags and to ensure rubbish is disposed of in the appropriate manner
  • be responsible for the correct use of detergents and other chemicals
  • assist your colleagues whenever and wherever possible, promoting excellent teamwork and providing support in other areas if required
