  • we are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual capable of working well within our current Estates team who can coordinate and manage site compliance, pre-planned and reactive maintenance tasks and provide assistance where required on new major capital schemes
  • this could be due to an emergency, major breakdown, sudden system failure, access difficulties, untoward occurrences or for other operational reasons
  • AGH Solutions Limited is a subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and provides Estates, Facilities and Procurement Services to the Trust
  • responsibility for ensuring that repairs and minor improvement and projects are completed promptly, to an acceptable quality standard and in the most cost-effective manner available and for planning the execution of such maintenance, including balancing the priorities and demands of defects, breakdowns, and preventative maintenance work
  • the post holder will be responsible for the negotiation, selection, deployment, and management in all respects of the resources and technical related information necessary to complete the works delegated, subject only to cost limitations specified by the Estates Manager
