we are looking to recruit a Caretaker/Handyperson to help maintain and care for our premises, we have several buildings around the Leicester area and for this post you are required to be flexible and ready to take on any task large or small, but also provide cleaning cover as and when required, along with providing support to other centres
our centres are used by the public, staff members, service users and clients. We aim to present our centres in an exceptional manner being well maintained
Requirements
driving License and vehicle owner
experience of building maintenance, handyperson or caretaking duties
good understanding of health and safety requirements within a building environment
have a proactive approach to maintenance and building management
keyboard skills and basic computer literacy
