Requirements
- compassionate and caring
- highly motivated to ensure a high-quality efficient and safe service
- excellent communication skills and ability to adapt communication style to the needs of the listener
- honest, trustworthy, reliable and respectful
- an excellent team player
- minimum NVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in Health and Social Care
- experience of working with, or caring for, older people and supporting those with the symptoms of dementia
- awareness of health and social care legislation
