  • to enable our staff to achieve this we offer either a fixed 2 week rolling rota or flexible working if preferred, both with alternate weekends off
  • unlike other domiciliary care providers, we have a minimum call length for each of our customers of 1.5 hours up to a maximum of 12 hours this will enable staff to provide quality care, in a relaxed, unrushed manner and to build up a rapport

  • we allow you to take control of your working schedule and work around you, you choose what shifts you work, there is no minimum or maximum amount you have to work it is completely down to you and your schedule
  • A successful candidate will have a passion for delivering clinical excellence and be patient and caring and able to provide quality services to residents within a care home or private hospital environment
  • you will be responsible for the provision of nursing care, ensuring that the nursing and personal care of residents is completed in line with their person-centered care plan
  • you will assist and guide the care teams to provide a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for both residents/ patients and their visitors
