  • you must have previous experience in supervising people and motivating them to to do their job efficiently and within required standards
  • founded in 1992, over the last 5 years we have invested heavily in our operations and warehousing facilities at our site in Hull and we now have over 250 colleagues with further plans to grow in the future
  • ideally, you will have worked in manufacturing, but this is not essential
  • we now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Team Leader to support, motivate and manage colleagues in production. Duties will include
  • you must be able to commit to these shifts
  • this role would suit someone with pervious experience as a supervisor or team leader, leading teams of between 10-15 people, perhaps in manufacturing, retail, or the hospitality sector

  • assisting with month end procedures
  • general office administration as required
  • occasional light reception duties
