Responsibility

  • manage and operate one of our grader lines while leading a team of operatives effectively
  • assist with daily planning of the Grader requirements
  • train, motivate and develop the team
  • process jobs accurately through our ERP system
  • work closely with the quality assurance and Compliance team ensuring the highest standards are met
  • ensure the Packhouse maintains GMP standards
  • work closely with the management team ensuring customer service levels are met
  • guide and lead the production team in the delivery of quality standards across the grader, maximising grade-outs and making decisions where necessary to achieve customer service levels and standards

  • diary management
  • filing, scanning, document management
