Responsibility
- manage and operate one of our grader lines while leading a team of operatives effectively
- assist with daily planning of the Grader requirements
- train, motivate and develop the team
- process jobs accurately through our ERP system
- work closely with the quality assurance and Compliance team ensuring the highest standards are met
- ensure the Packhouse maintains GMP standards
- work closely with the management team ensuring customer service levels are met
- guide and lead the production team in the delivery of quality standards across the grader, maximising grade-outs and making decisions where necessary to achieve customer service levels and standards
