- working hours- Weekends 8am-7pm and weekday evenings

- your role is to make sure no stone is left unturned in our quest to satisfy and retain them
- in a nutshell, your role is
- as the first point of contact to our business, you’ll be representing us to new and existing customers, so the importance of this role cannot be overstated
- even if you haven’t worked in a customer contact centre before, we will look to train you and provide you with the key skills you need to succeed
- answering inbound calls from our Customer base
- as a Customer Service advisor for a Global Ecommerce brand, you will be responsible for the service and maintenance of our customers and their ongoing queries and accounts
- managing and coordinating general correspondence and inquiries via email
- customer Service journey makers work out of our vibrant Manchester office and team working is so important to us, you will feel the buzz and warm welcome as you come through the doors
- using a mixture of web-based and internal systems to accurately record the information
- offering and delivering top-quality customer service
Requirements
- an enthusiastic, flexible and positive attitude towards customer service
- previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail environment
- you are willing to work on a shift rota basis, 7 days per week, and be flexible
