Responsibility

  • executing work with the use of relevant hand and power tools of all types
  • loading and unloading equipment to and from vehicles and construction sites
  • ensuring that materials are transported to workers with specific skills
  • clearing work areas before and after the completion of a construction project
  • ensuring that construction sites are kept clean and free of unwanted materials
  • completing worksheets that contain the details of how many hours have been worked
  • assisting specialised tradesmen who are also working on the same construction project

Requirements

  • CSCS Card
  • good level of physical fitness required due to heavy manual lifting and carrying of materials and stock items
