  • you will be required to complete all necessary paper work, as you will be the first point of contact for clients and carers if any difficulties arise
  • help monitor and coordinate client care plans, dealing with social services and health professional, with complaints, covering sickness and administer care assessments, you will also need to partake in initial enquires and risk assessments
