full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
effective communicator in both written and verbal channels
Responsibility
reporting compliments, concerns, and complaints to the Branch Manager
rostering service rota's – Ensuring the company is meeting the specific requirements at the customer's request

Requirements
QCF level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
experience would be advantageous
experience with Dementia, Nursing, Elderly Care, challenging behaviour, residential, NHS, ambulance service, SEN schools and Mental Health would be an advantage
