  • confident with conversing with staff and external customers
  • proven experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • happy to complete an enhanced DBS check
  • experience of working within a high performing team and reaching KPI'S
  • full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
  • effective communicator in both written and verbal channels

Responsibility

  • reporting compliments, concerns, and complaints to the Branch Manager
  • rostering service rota's – Ensuring the company is meeting the specific requirements at the customer's request

residential support worker

Requirements

  • QCF level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential
  • experience would be advantageous
  • experience with Dementia, Nursing, Elderly Care, challenging behaviour, residential, NHS, ambulance service, SEN schools and Mental Health would be an advantage
