• you’ll be the focal point for your clients, managing any queries they might have and giving them fantastic customer support
• as we continue to grow our business, we are excited to be recruiting for a UK Payroll Administrator to join our team in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow
• we're taking a hybrid approach to office and home working- for this role we'd typically look for 1-2 days in the office, but we're happy to discuss how this might look for you as part of the recruitment process
• we are a fast paced and busy payroll bureau, so you will have a fantastic portfolio of varied clients that you will own and deliver for across the whole payroll lifecycle
• you’ll be hands on managing your own client portfolio, processing end to end UK payrolls, importing payroll information into our payroll software and maintaining payroll records
• strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
• you’ll have an eye on service delivery, looking out for opportunities for us to make improvements to our processes and procedures that can support the ongoing development of the team
• CIPP qualification would be ideal, but not essential
• you’ll ensure that we are diligent and compliant with record keeping, keeping our client payroll manuals up to date and ensuring that manual checks and calculations are accurate and that we are compliant with Data Protection regulations
• customer focussed with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Responsibility

• you'll be the Single Point of Contact Globally for customers and take the lead in supporting on large client accounts through weekly team meetings, monitoring the action log & attending the quarterly governance meetings
• support the operations team with service co-ordination and management, providing regular updates to the Operations Leadership Team
• in collaboration with Global Operations, you'll help identify and implement process improvements and demonstrate improvements in the UK Ongoing Payroll Team’s efficiency
