- attend regional Health and Safety meetings and advise on estates issues arising
Requirements
- experience in property management
- knowledge of construction contracts, tendering procedures, and cost control
- ability to interpret and prepare basic plans, specifications, and design briefs
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders when carrying out tasks that require explanation
- ability to lead and manage external consultants and contractors by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, motivating, empowering, and providing feedback
- external liaison with contractors, consultants, Health Authority, EHO, Fire Officers, Building Control, Planning Officers, Landlords, Professional Bodies, Insurance Companies, Statutory Bodies, Residents and Neighbours
