The Role: The overall purpose of this post is the provision of administration support to the Communications & Fundraising team. The post holder will also provide administrative support to other Business Support functions as required. Role: The overall purpose of the post is to deliver a year round programme of communications activities and corporate events to raise the profile of Action Mental Health and its core services. The post holder will provide communications support to Action Mental Health’s operations and business support teams. You will have (essential): GCSE Maths and English grades A*-C, or RQF equivalent RQF level 4 in a relevant subject Experience in working in a Marketing, PR, Communications or Event Management Role Proven writing skills for audiences relevant to post Ability to use IT including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Ability to use the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar package Experience in the organisation and delivery of events in a professional capacity. Experience in producing marketing collateral such as printed materials and/or digital assets Experience in working with the press and media including the development and distribution of press releases and/or statements. Current full driving licence, valid in the UK and access to a car on appointment or access to a form of transport which will permit them to carry out the duties and requirements of the post in full.
