- acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Regional Shopping Centre Manager
- this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to look after 2 exclusive shopping centre in both Leeds and Skipton. The successful candidate will have either Shopping Centre management experience or large Store management experience
- strong familiarity with Service Charge budgets including setting them and reporting on them
- preparing the Service Charge reconciliation and end-of-year report of Actual Expenditure vs Budget, in conjunction with the Property Accountant
- developing and maintaining strong working relationships with your tenants, being available to them and fostering excellent levels of communication
