Responsibility
- safely transport passengers to and from the airport in a timely manner
- adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
- maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle vehicle at all times
- assist passengers with loading and unloading their luggage
- provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and helpful to passengers
- keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts
- report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities
- follow company policies and procedures regarding passenger safety and security
Requirements
- valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- previous experience as a professional driver, preferably in a similar role
- knowledge of local traffic laws and routes to the airport
- excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with passengers from diverse backgrounds
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- physical fitness to handle luggage and assist passengers as needed
