- ensure filing system is kept up to date, both paper and computerised system
- inputting purchase invoices on to Sage, matching with delivery notes and checking against purchase order
- checking supplier statements against Sage to ensure all invoices have been received and requesting any copies as needed
- A full driving licence is Essential
- all relevant cards/certificates - CSCS, PASMA and IPAF qualifications would be an advantage although full training will be provided as required
- electrically or mechanically qualified would be an advantage but not essential
- industrial Door: 5 years
- proven experience as a Sales/Service Administrator or in a similar role
- proficiency in using Office365 and service management systems
- excellent negotiation and communication skills
- strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
- ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus
- customer service: 1 year
- administrative experience: 2 years
- management of our online presence and e-commerce sites including order fulfilment, stock management and updating our product offerings
- proven experience in welding and fabrication
- proficiency in MIG and stick welding techniques
- strong mechanical knowledge for interpreting technical drawings
- ability to use power tools and hand tools efficiently
- basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
- MIG welding: 3 years
- fabrication: 3 years
