responsibilities include mentoring and management of supervisory and team members, service delivery audits, recruitment, staff monitoring and integration across sites within your allocated area
applicants should be used to defining and offering high standards of service delivery to client organisations and members of staff and users across a wide and diverse group
our area managers have defined business areas for which they are fully responsible, this is usually up to ten contracts/sites which supports our commitment to providing high quality standards of service
