Responsibility
- providing exceptional massage therapy services, including relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue massages
- performing a variety of beauty treatments, such as manicures, pedicures, facials, lash extensions and more
- tailoring each session to meet the specific needs and preferences of the client
- maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- staying up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improving your skills through ongoing training
- educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy, skincare regimes and provide recommendations for self-care
- upselling other treatments, add ons and skincare products
- adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain client confidentiality
Requirements
- must be comfortable providing all HBA treatments to both female and male clients
- proven experience as a beauty and/or massage therapist
- anatomy knowledge is essential for understanding the body's structure and providing effective treatments
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- strong time management skills to effectively schedule appointments and manage client flow
- ability to adapt techniques based on individual client needs and preferences
