- provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and addressing their needs
- perform a range of massage services, ensuring clients feel confident and satisfied
- communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored beauty treatments
- providing exceptional massage therapy services, including relaxation, therapeutic and deep tissue massages
- maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to hygiene standards
- performing a variety of beauty treatments, such as manicures, pedicures, facials, lash extensions and more
- stay updated on beauty trends and techniques to enhance service offerings
- tailoring each session to meet the specific needs and preferences of the client
Requirements
- must be comfortable providing all HBA treatments to both female and male clients
- proven experience as a beauty and/or massage therapist
- anatomy knowledge is essential for understanding the body's structure and providing effective treatments
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- strong time management skills to effectively schedule appointments and manage client flow
- ability to adapt techniques based on individual client needs and preferences
