- to raise vehicle orders, ensure all relevant information is sent to the vehicle suppliers
- work closely with Service Supervisor and Engineers to plan the local services
- maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail in conjunction with the registered manager and nurses
- keeping all contact information updated for the freelance database
- assist in the preparation of contract review presentation documentation
- to progress vehicles on order to ensure timely receipt to stock details and prompt delivery to the customer
- responsible for agreeing scope of work and charge point with customer, ensuring the relevant purchase order is received if necessary
- completing and submission of HOD and Director expense report in an accurate and timely manner
- anticipate the needs of the clinical nurses to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- raise freelancer request forms, seeking appropriate approvals and assisting the IR35 process
- to produce client related reports and manage client administration
- to liaise with the account management department and suppliers to ensure vehicles are delivered to all parties’ satisfaction
- check customer financial data and if necessary, prepare a pro-forma invoice and payment in advance
- preparation, copying, collation, binding and distribution of committee papers and board papers for HOD and directors in a timely manner
- working with the Integrated Production Services Manager, understand what paperwork needs to be filled out in order to allocate project resources and action accordingly
- working with the manager to keep the freelance tracker up to date
