- prospecting and contacting new clients
- candidate search and selection, including Head Hunting and CV data base searches
- cross sell other ABS brands where needed
- work to tight deadlines and targets
- supporting the existing Recruitment team whilst training and working towards building your own pipeline
Requirements
- degree educated, BSc in Business Studies or similar would be an advantage
- exposure to working in a sales environment previously
- an ambitious can-do attitude
- high levels of resilience and self-motivation
- strong communication and people skills
