Responsibility
- provide ongoing support through the lifecycle of each customer
- the first technical account hire in the business and a key player in the customer journey
- work across the entire client base, including new customer as they are secured
- responsible for successfully delivering a variety of customer projects as part of the onboarding journey
- be a key part of the post sale process as you support new clients through the implementation and onboarding phase of the solution
- managing live customer fleet trials
- work to ensure that the product is optimally implemented, and that key stakeholders understand how best to get value from the insight provided
- customer relationship management
