  • bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, computer science, or a related field
  • previous experience with a Learning Management System
  • should hold a University Degree in College or university degree in HR, L&D or HR-related subject or CIPD certification
  • experience in using Articulate to create eLearning content
  • have demonstrated the ability to work harmoniously in a team, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and manage time efficiently
  • have experience in creating and maintaining eLearning content using Articulate or similar authoring software
  • experience with Adobe Cloud suite
  • knowledge of GDPR

Responsibility

  • staying up to date with the latest eLearning trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations for incorporating them in the course creation process
  • continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather participant feedback, and propose enhancements
  • tracking course completions, sending reminders and reporting quarterly
