Responsibility
- we are searching for a Duty Manager to join our team on a permanent basis
- you will assist and support the Front of House Manager in the day-to-day running of Front of House
- as Duty Manager you will ensure that all our customers have a high-quality, safe, enjoyable and unique experience during every performance and event in all three of our iconic city-centre venues, His Majesty's Theatre, Music Hall and the Lemon Tree
- due to the nature of our business, the majority of shifts will be during evenings and weekends
- on shift, you will guide and support our people, promote the upselling of merchandise, and take the lead in the event of any emergency
- with such responsibility, you will be calm under pressure, a confident and clear communicator with a focus on exceptional customer experience at the heart of everything you do
- you will have experience of setting and maintaining standards, cash handling, dealing with the public and be able to demonstrate yourexperience and understanding of health and safety and public licensing issues
- you will be hands-on, confident in problem solving and decision making, with attention to detail and ideally have supervisory or management experience
