- to be an active member of the care team, contribute to meetings and attend training as requested
- to participate in regular staff supervision sessions with the Managers, and attend regular staff meetings
- implement, monitor and maintain kitchen cleaning schedules and ensure all areas of the kitchen and equipment is immaculately clean
- be responsible for ensuring that all kitchen equipment is in full safe working order, reporting any faults to the Manager on duty and follow up any appropriate action
- responsible to: Home Management Team
- to ensure the kitchen is hygienically clean at all times
