Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- act as the Responsible Individual under OFSTED regulations
- ensure the provision of quality services
- managing the budget effectively and in line with company financial policies
- take the lead and support with all regulatory inspections, ensuring actions are met prior to, and following, inspections
- working collaboratively with Senior Management and other Departments to achieve high performance, exceed quality standards and deliver unmatched levels of support to children and young people
- work and report into SMT, ensuring services meet company standards
Requirements
- significant experience of working in a therapeutic residential childcare setting
- clear understanding of the Ofsted regulatory framework
- experience of multi-site management
- A commitment to delivering high quality care
- in-depth knowledge of EBD, Trauma informed care and other complex/challenging behaviours
- hold a current UK Driving License with access to a vehicle which can be used for business purposes
