- maintain the expertise of the ABB service team through training, personal development, workshops, documentation and knowledge sharing
- advises clients as to maintenance procedures, evolution, site planning, operational methods, process measurement and control
- promotes sales of maintenance services and equipment, including spare parts and advises service sales department of possible sales leads
- work within the ABB integrity policy always
- understanding of Customer Service principles and their effect on the business
